Register SolarEdge inverter

To register a SolarEdge inverter, follow the steps below.

Step 1

You need to select the SolarEdge inverter from the list of inverters. Once you have done that, a dialogue box will open.

Step 2

On this page you can enter your PlantID (same as Site ID) and API key. You can request those details by your installer.
If you can login yourself on https://monitoring.solaredge.com/solaredge-web/p/login you can create your own API key as can be viewed on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iR26nmL5bXg

Your PlantId and API Key are saved on the module only and not saved in the cloud. So your inlog details are safe. We like to emphasize this because we take your privacy very seriously.

Step 3

After clicking the next button, you will be taken to the next page. On this page, you can enter the costs of your system, the cost of electricity, and whether you want to receive notifications about your daily yield.

Step 4

After clicking the next button, you will be directed to the next page. On this page, you will see an overview of the entered data. If everything is correct, click on the save button to register the inverter.
